This Agreement is the terms of service between you and us (UPJOY PTE. LTD.) in relation to the user's use of the in-game subscription and auto-renewal services provided by FT. If you are under 18 years of age, please read this Agreement with a legal guardian and pay special attention to the terms of Use for minors in the User Agreement and Privacy Policy. You can only use the Service under the guardianship and participation of your legal guardian, and your use of the Service is deemed to have obtained the approval of your legal guardian.
2. Service Description
2.1 This service is designed to facilitate automatic subscription renewal for users who have subscribed to our services, ensuring that their subscriptions are not inadvertently allowed to expire due to oversight or other reasons. By enabling the automatic renewal service, you authorize FT to deduct the next subscription cycle fee from your designated payment account (e.g. recharge account, third-party payment account, bank card, communication account) when your current subscription is about to expire, thereby extending the validity period of the subscription service. The content and pricing of different FT games' subscription services vary and can be viewed on the game interface.
2.2 The subscription period may include weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual cycles (as displayed on the subscription page). Users can select their preferred subscription period when purchasing an FT game's subscription service.
2.3 Once you enable automatic renewal, the relevant entity will automatically deduct the fee for each subsequent cycle. Updates regarding automatic renewal status may be delayed and subject to notifications from App Store or in-game service updates. If you do not cancel automatic renewal at least 24 hours before expiration of a given cycle (or according to App Store requirements if they differ), your subscription will be automatically renewed and charged accordingly.
3. You can cancel the continuous monthly subscription service that has been activated through the following channels:
For iPhone, go to iOS device "Settings" → "iTunes Store and App Store" → select "Apple ID" → click "View Apple ID" → click "Subscribe" on the account settings page → cancel subscription.
4. You understand and agree that the membership subscription service is a paid service, and this application will charge a fee for the use of Internet value-added services; you can check the specific term and corresponding fee of the membership subscription service on the relevant service page and choose the type of service yourself.
5. You understand and agree that this application has the right to decide on its own to revise the charging standards and rules related to member subscription services from time to time. Such standards and rules will take effect once they are published and constitute an effective part of these terms. If you do not agree to the aforementioned standards, rules and amendments, you have the right to stop using the membership subscription service. If you continue to use the membership subscription service, you are deemed to agree to the relevant content.
6. If you have any questions about this Agreement or the automatic renewal service, you can contact us through the customer service phone, we will reply to you as soon as possible after receiving your comments/suggestions.
7. In the process of providing services, you may collect the corresponding personal information, detailed personal information policy please read the user agreement and privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not open or stop using the Service.
